Well, it's really not as interesting as it may seem. I had some very strange symptoms with my bronchitis including abdominal and lower back pain. Kinda freaked me out, so Kay took me to the hospital. They checked me out for the usual things (strep, mono, TSS) and apparently felt I was dehydrated or something which meant IV. It may've been the first IV I ever had. It's certainly the first I remember. The chills were not pleasant. I'm getting better. My coughs and my voice make me sound like a 2 pack a day smoker, but hopefully that'll go away soon enough. Not nearly in the "heart go boom" category, but it was more than enough excitement for me.
