for Wal-Mart? If I remember to slap a coat on over my pjs and put on some shoes I'm doing good. And I've seen people there that don't even bother to put in that much effort.

You might know this... was "Bill Clay" the name that Rickman's character used when he was fooling Bruce Willis in Die Hard?

Yup. (McClain surreptitiously eyes the staff list and sees a "CLAY W" listed.) Hence the sweatshirt at the end, too.
Interestingly enough, that scene was added when they got wind of Rickman's American accent. Scary, ain't he?
