It's just like EA's NCAA Football 12 in that if the quarterback spends more than three-tenths of a second in the pocket, he scrambles -- but only if you're role-playing a running back or a wide receiver. Though that game actually seems prepared for it -- apparently there isn't a processor advanced enough yet to simulate the sheer stupidity of Norv Turner.

But I take deep breaths, because I know he'll be unemployed probably before the afternoon of January 2, 2012.

I just can't see an option offense working in the NFL; it just takes too much of a physical toll on the quarterback. All Tebow needs is for a Haynesworth, a Suh, or even a Jack Tatum to get one hard shot and his grandkids will have post-concussion syndrome.

But hey, it seems to be working so far. Pity nobody seems to expect it when it happens.
