I don't know that Norville is ever going to get fired. Is there anyone that has been coach that long that hasn't had a Super Bowl appearance?

(Ok, I had to look- Gary Kubiak- who has had an uphill battle and Marvin Lewis- who I think is Norv-level terrible as well).


Also, is there a possibility that Philip Rivers is horrible? It seems that every game I see him in, he does a couple things that are pretty stupid. At the very least, can we stop mentioning him with the Brees/Manning/Brady crowd?
