My left hand, May 20, 2005, four days after an ill-advised attempt to put an IV line in. She settled for the arm. I could've told her that was a better course of action. No Photoshopping involved, I promise.
That makes me queasy just looking at it. And I have to go in on Monday for my monthly (hahaha, yeah right) blood draw of crapitude and I'm going to be thinking of that the whole time.
I hope it feels better than it looks, but I'm not overly optimistic.

Well, my arm looks fine. Believe me, I'd take a few pics of that if it weren't looking pretty decent. Getting the blood drawn was the least painful part of the whole ordeal, but then, I'm pretty good with needles.
Considering it's been almost a week, now, my arm's fine, my hand's still a little colorful, but Gawd, my jaw aches.
