One-word review of The Sims 2: Wow. Perhaps more frothing if I get around to it, but it's so hard just to alt-tab away for this long....

beeform is gone for the rest of the week. Perfect timing. Pity kauricat couldn't join her, as Bee misses seein' her there.

And even though I lost my job, it's good to know that I'm not alone -- that 403,300 IT-employed Americans have been sent home since 2001.

I want to hear him say it. John Kerry knows he can win the election (or just inflame half the country) by asking this one little question: "Are you better off now than you were four years ago?" But oooo, imagine the furor.

Umm... you haven't seen my tape of Probe lately, have you? I seem to have a lot of free time lately and am starting to run out of things to watch.

I do. It is glorious. I adore how the Sims now have wants and fears, and fulfilling them gives some direction to the game that was previously lacking. And holy cow, so many objects....

And yeah, I've been trying to clear space on my HD for Probe, but every 10 minutes of DV is 2 GB, so to get the whole tape on would be...uhm, okay, I'd have to wipe the drive. Methinks I need to start small. And obviously I've not done myself any favors with installing the Sims....

If you'd like it back, lemme know. And I'll get started on the digitation tonight....
