I saw that -- relief and disgust all at the same time.

Today has been a day of mind-boggling headlines. In Nebraska alone, a woman drives up from Georgia to abandon her 12-year-old, and a father is facing charges for "electronically enticing a child" -- his 15-year-old daughter.
