Yay for EM pulse bombs! Good thing it's relatively short-range -- I don't think CTU would be capable of coping with all of LA being thrust back into the stone age. Well, that, and not having an NFL team. The two would be too much.

But the more interesting news: Tony's reign of terror lasts not even an hour, and he gets replaced by probably his least favorite possible successor. No, not Behrooz. And sadly, we've not seen the last of Dina yet, but boy, I'll be happy if they just spend a whole hour tazering her.

But...but...but...I LIKE TONY!!! *sniffle* My poor baby...the look on his face at the very end. Poor guy...

And I figured out the new director a mile away...Gee, could you make it any more obvious? The downside is, I really like Erin Driscoll....

I didn't like Erin until last week -- but now I really empathize with her. Great scene with Heller. And hey, I'm actually feeling sorry for Paul now. I doubt he and Jack will be beer buddies after the day's through, but it's still somewhat amusing to see that one day can really turn a person's life around, even when they're two degrees of separation from a Bauer.

Tony rocks. Especially the way he's pulled it together. I do hope he struggles on at CTU. Hell, if anything, give Curtis a gun and send him back out there. Between him and Bauer the bad guys don't stand a chance. Unless Audrey happens along, in which case all bets are off.
