"Angel" -- "A Hole in the World"

It's weird to see a Joss Whedon ep as a non-beginning, non-ending episode. That said, after last week's yuk-fest, this wasn't bad. A few utterly hysterical lines, a few really good moments. Lorne, Wesley being all bad-ass. The Spike we used to know and love.

I have drank/eaten/consumed one and a half large shamrock shakes. The pain.

I wish I could say the best is yet to come, but....

Next: someone dies.

Then: someone leaves.

Then: someone we all forgot about comes back.

I score them as a "yay!", "boo!" and "uhm..." -- not necessarily in that order.

Can't be Doyle. Possibly Cordy -- I believe that Angel is like The X-Files in that nobody ever really dies. Andrew? But he was just on, so we haven't really forgotten about them. Not Buffy 'cause SMG is a snotty bitch. Xander? Willow? Hmmm......
