For the past 20 years a Commodore 64 was instrumental in displaying the departures and arrivals at the Dortmund train station. Now the C64 has died, the display has gone black, and the station has a big problem: a new display system would cost over 3 million Euros.

Twenty frickin' years? Whoa. I'm all awash with nostalgia....

Rumors on the Internets circulating that a compromise has been reached that'll see an abbreviated NHL season and a $45 million salary cap. Honestly, I'm a little surprised, but maybe the fact that the world didn't bawl its eyes out -- even us hockey fans -- probably scared both sides stupid. Relatively.
