Found on YouTube: The story of Greg Valentino. Bodybuilder guy gets hematoma on his arm from repeated steroid injections. Hematoma takes shape of a subcutaneous football of blood and pus anterior his arm. Bodybuilder guy decides he's going to drain it himself using his syringes, and proceeds to videotape himself doing so. Thankfully, there's very little of that part of the video. Let's just say it doesn't work.
