Windows Vista, compatibility cheat sheet

Via the University of Wisconsin. Trend Micro not listed and currently in the "bleh" pile. My favorite entry:

The primary -- but certainly not the only -- reason we have for not allowing Vista to be deployed into production environments on campus is because of its incompatibility with the latest Trend Micro antivirus. (There have been promising words about the beta, though.) We just jumped ship from Norton last year, and it's not been a painless transition.

I haven't been too impressed with TM's implementation, and I don't know if it's because I'm just old and set in my ways or what. I expected a hell of a lot more from the firewall, and the update/scanning has already let one piece of malware through that I know about (tested it on an isolated system and it went all Trojan-y on me; good thing I was lookin' for it). Eh. I just do what I'm told.
