Today's the anniversary of the ratification of the Twenty-first Amendment to the Constitution, repealing Prohibition.
In possibly related news, I'm not sure what mind-altering substance the LJ servers have been dunked in, but they're sufficiently removed from dependable operation that I think I want some. (Note: I typed this before the hour-or-so mini-outage today.) Grrr. Feh. Anyhow.
