Yeah--saying that Aliens is cliched for space marines, acid-drooling, drop-ships, etc, etc....is kinda like saying Lord of the Rings is cliche for having elves, orcs, rings of power, etc...
(for the not so swift...basically, where do you think the cliche *comes* from. ;-) )
