There's every possibility that nothing will change. But to me -- note: cynical -- that seems unlikely, because I have a feeling that they're buying LJ with the impetus to tamper and change just for the sake of "branding" it.
So there's no impending change or even a real reason to be freaking out yet. But a changing of the guard, losing the people who built LJ into what it is, gives me no reason to celebrate or be optimistic.

But it's a bummer that some of my best friends couldn't go to JF with me, where all of LJ's features are duplicated, due to being underage ;p
