Kewl links from my ex-boss. First, it's a bird-carrier like no other. Tempting. Then it's a gent in Alaska building his own mech which will be equipped with flamethrowers and nine-inch-nailguns. I wonder if he works on commission...?
I''m almost surprised I've never seen someone on the subway with one of thos bird carriers. I've seen soft on-the-body carriers for dogs before, and one for a cat. I saw a guy carrying a snake once too, though he didn't need a carrier. :-P
I'm impressed by how practical the bird carrier looks. It'd actually be kinda nice to take the wee ones to the vet in, keep 'em closer than the plain carrier.
Given the choice between having the mecha and the carrier, I'd...I'd choose the mech, but I'd at least consider the carrier.
