A School of Visual Arts Grad Remakes the Pill Bottle. Intriguing look at the institution that is the prescription medication bottle and the dilemma that -- this surprised me -- "60 percent of prescription-drug users have taken medication incorrectly." The grad student took a long hard look at the problems with the bottle (there's more than I realized), came up with a prototype and a final version which will be coming to Target at the first of next month. Coo.

That's awesome. I'm convinced the bottle shape won't last, since too many people spill anything put in a bottle designed to be shelved cap down. But I like the other changes. It's so simple you wonder why it took so long.
