"Trial by Jury" dead -- pity, as I was really starting to get into it, moreso than any of its L&O brethren, mostly because of Bebe Neuwirth, I think.

Of course, all of the new shows sound hopelessly derivative -- "it's just like ___ except that ____" -- so while they scratch their heads and try to figure out what they're doing in fourth place, I'll just shrug.

Moving "West Wing" to Sunday nights, though? If it's opposite "Arrested Development," (edit: it is) I declare a jihad (edit: I do).

From the article: "Inconceivable," a medical show set in a fertility clinic.

Serious points if they get Wallace Shawn for an episode, or even just a promo commercial, as long as it involves him repeatedly saying the word "inconceivable".

I am most displeased that "Scrubs" is "being held back." Bastards. It's one of the few comedies I really like (and hell, one of the best on TV, though that's not saying a whole lot). It always gets jerked around like a red-headed stepchild.

At least Arrested Development is back. Will "West Wing" followers follow it to Sundays? Personally, I stopped after Sorkin and haven't looked back. I am planning to get seasons 1-4 on DVD very soon, though.

As for Scrubs, I know people say it gets bad treatment, but I've generally known where to find it since I began watching it on Tuesdays.

I'm one of the world's biggest L&O fans, and I just couldn't get into TBJ.

My hope is that Bebe Newrith get's moved to the regular L&O, and that Scott Cohen gets some regular work.
