This Tuesday will see the release of Firefox 1.0. If you haven't given this browser a try, there's no better time (unless you're using Mac OS 9.x, in which case, ah feel yuir pain).
Give it a try, and you will believe.
And this weekend I've abandoned Eudora, which I've used ever since I got my first PC, for Thunderbird. It's about as painless a transition to go from Eudora to Thunderbird as you can imagine. And if you're still using Outlook Express, stop doing so right now. I feel the same way about IE, but less vehemently. There's just too many security holes and exploits that go unfixed for too long to tolerate them.
And on this, I agree with the Department of Homeland Security.
But they're just cool apps regardless. Give'm a shot and lemme know what you think.
