You know, evolution debate aside, Kansas is in something of an educational funding crunch. Teachers have had to dig deep into their own pockets to get their own school supplies. I mean, this poor student-teacher in Hays had to bring his own marijuana to school to share with the students.

Though he did bring 36.8 pounds of it.
