Civil War: idea....

I've been reading Marvel's Civil War -- hey, it's a huge step up from Infinite Crisis -- and something clicked. Everyone else probably already "got" this and I should be ashamed for even mentioning it aloud, but....

There's a few references to Reed Richards's "Project 49," aka the superhuman prison under construction. Interestingly enough, there's also an uncommon number of references in the dialogue of the series to the fifty states.

...So they're shipping them to Alaska? [wads up paper in hands] ...The bastards!

Edit: foenix has pointed out that it's Project 42 (as in Douglas Adams), not Project 49 (as in Alaska). I'm an idiot. Just not as big an idiot as Reed.
