A little background on the owner of the hot-topic mine in Utah. I'm trying to find the video footage of him being called before the Senate on the topic of mine safety a few months ago where he chastises lawmakers and insists that he'll put his safety record up against anyone else's. For some reason it's not on YouTube, which is funny -- it's every bit as damning as the Cheney video from 1994, without the prescience.
