...is this what I've become? I had the morning coffee just fine but it's past noon and I'm fading fast and all my coworkers have gone to lunch and I didn't go because either I'm too tired or I just wasn't invited to eat with the big boys. Tossed and turned for two hours last night burning up. Just couldn't get to sleep. If only I were as sleepy at home as I am at work....

So now my tummy's all aflooey. I even had a salad today. I'm being good. C'mon, universe, give me a little karma. You still owe me for "Wonderfalls."

My latest project at work is done. By "done" I mean that it's fully functional along all the guidelines I was given. Of course, I'm sure there'll be a laundry list of things to change as soon as Quasiboss looks at it. "I like that it works, but I want it done in such a way that makes it virtually impossible to implement. How does that sound?" And, of course, this is completely seperate from my new duties under Boss. I don't know if anyone appreciates that or even cares. It doesn't matter as much to me as it should.

There will be a "Dungeons & Dragons 2" movie. At least it can't be any worse. Also, John Woo wants to do Metroid the movie. As long as Angelina Jolie doesn't play Samus. Or, really, anyone. Her face makes me uncomfortable, and not in a good way.

Is it so wrong to want to nap while everyone else is at lunch...?

Nothing wrong with wanting a nap. Taking a nap is another thing altogether. :)

Although I don't have as severe a problem as you have, I know what it's like to be dead tired all day at work and then unable to get quality sleep at home. I'm sorry for you.

About your stomach...Have you seen this (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3604189.stm)? Gross, but it sounds like it works. :)
