K-State reassigns adviser to student paper (better story here). Student Press Law Center threatens lawsuit. Glad I'm not there.

Oh, dear. It's gone from bad to worse.

I can only guess that the crowd control to the first complaint was weak. I do hope that the decision will be more carefully considered than all that.

From what I've heard this is not at all over, and really, it's not exactly the first time it's happened to him. (Though last time it was more faculty-driven and more on the basis of Ron himself rather than the students.) But with the impending specter of a lawsuit, I think the fur's only begun to fly....
