Never did update about the router. Checked them out at Best Buy in Topeka, but decided to buy one at the Staples in Manhappiness, if only because if I had to return it, I wouldn't have to drive all over creation to do so. Was undecided between Linksys (my previous router) and Netgear, but the Netgear router was marked down to $34 (Linksys: $69), so I gave it a whirl. Not a single compaint thus far, and I like the web interface much more. Huzzah, Netgear.
One of the characters on the season finale of House is named Moriarty. Okay, they're not even trying to be subtle anymore, are they? (Still, House huzzah. Tie goes to the mortal.)
OMG squirl bling bling. I added

Also, talk to your keys, and listen sometimes, too.
Ah go et fud now.

The community's title is adapted from a phrase meaning a "titular counsellor" tsarist civil servant--except they've changed one letter so that instead of the word for "counsellor," the word is instead a pun or nonsense word (and thus difficult to accurately translate) involving the word for "owl."
The subtitle is another pun/nonsense word, very roughly translatable as "poly-owly."
(Guess who fineagled himself a free Oxford Russian-English dictionary today...)
