I guess if he was watching TV on a pen or demanded a raise of (raises pinky to mouth) one million dollars during the confirmation hearings we'd know for certain.

Or maybe it's short for "Dr. 1000."

Maybe there's a "Dr. O" running around the CIA somewhere.

I'm sure all our ideas are infinitely more interesting than the truth. Whatever that is....

I think if I were to choose a mysterious code name, I would choose something other than the name of a Dr. Pepper knock-off. I hope Kroger gets him. :)
