The United States cannot impose its will or culture on anyone. There are obviously different histories and cultures here.
"Look, the truth of the matter is, though, unless you know where you're going, unless you're clear about where you're going, you will go nowhere. And there are many means at our disposal. I mean, there's a big agenda there. Well, I don't think theoretical and hypotheticals are going to do us any good here."
