Update from Winfield: Bee's accidentally locked the phone and can't get it unlocked. Our PINs and the default number don't work. Any suggestions, Alltel gurus?

I think my Alltel phone is pretty low-tech, but I can unlock it by hitting "menu" and then "*"
Other than that, I do not know. I can ask Dad, as he's got a fancier Alltel model.
