Today blew and it blew hard. It's not good when the Bolts blowing a playoff game isn't the worst thing to happen today. On the upside: snow. Pleasant, if slightly annoying. Eh. Maybe this'll clear some of the taint of the day.

If you had elements of the day that made that gridiron debacle seem less significant, then you have my deepest sympathies, coz that must be some sh!t.

They were having a charmed season, but there's no coming back from boneheadedness like we saw yesterday. Dang.

I am encouraged by the day Rivers had, at least. But it's a long way to September.
