Picspam, Iran vs. Frank Miller edition

Apparently Iran is taking the movie 300 as an affront, as explained obliquely and idiotically by a Time columnist, who can weigh in with insight like "Agreeing that 300 is egregious drivel is fairly easy," despite the fact that, of course, nobody in Iran has seen the damn movie.

Of course, Hollywood has timed the release of the movie to coincide with this latest showdown between Tehran and Washington. And probably went back in time and dictated its contents to Frank Miller to begin with. I'm used to finding insipid screeds on the Internets, and I'm all for the devil's advocate, but I would hope that Time would have something a touch more coherent or logical in its print queue. Rrgh. Well, at least she didn't plagiarize it; I can't imagine anyone else laying claim to that piece of drivel....

Iran? Sweetheart? Sometimes it's not all about you.
