Picspam, Ed Bradley memorial edition

Ed Bradley, journalist of keen insight and calm demeanor, died today. Hard news to take among my colleagues, one of whom cried out when he saw the screen and asked me breathlessly if it was true. We chatted -- turned out he's with the Times-Picayune, and Bradley's influence on the area was quite profound. We did agree his loss leaves a gulf in the profession that no one seems capable of filling, maybe not for a generation.

So in the N'awlins tradition of celebratory farewells,
