Awww, poor little 'tiel. He looks so much like mine. I posted a 'found' notice on a few of my cockatiel message boards, though I doubt it will yield anything...but you never know. I have to keep Pennington's wings clipped or he'd be out of there in a second...Kiki was like velcro on my shoulder; this bird wants to take on the whole world.
