Because it bears repeating: bring me the skull of Norv Turner.

Sadly, this is the worst possible outcome of the season -- good enough to keep Turner around, bad enough to be unacceptable. Grrgh. Still, good luck Steelers and all the birdie-teams.

Augh. Sorry about that. :/ (It doesn't help that I saw the writing on the wall in the third quarter, the second the football careened off Eric Weddle's helmet; "Ah, so it's going to be one of those games," he said, turning the TV off and plodding dejectedly back into his room.)

But feel free to point out that that's been my mantra since, oh, the moment the Chargers hired the thick little slug of beef jerky to be the head coach, even during the hot streak to end the season. Never liked him. Said it before, after, several times during every game this season. Am sorry if it just turned out to be a spoiler this time, and if it makes domestic life less than blissful. Will take all the blame on this one.

Oh my goodness, no, you are not to blame at all! And, really, he got over it after about five minutes.

It is pretty incredible, though, when you think about it--I sat there through at least an hour of that game, and completely tuned out every single reference to Norv Turner, so I had no idea that you were referring to the same game. And, seriously, you even mentioned the Steelers. I mean, give me a break; how studiously do I have to be not paying attention for any of that to sink in? I'm pretty sure I have a rare talent on my hands, here.

Personally..I could care less about football or other such sports...but that kitten icon is insulin-requiringly adorable. ;-)
