Perhaps browser-specific. Running Firefox on a PC, here, and it didn't do it.

Which is odd, because that was how I got it to work.... I did have to temporarily allow all scripts in NoScript (one of my favorite extensions) but it eventually played nice.

That was indeed cute...too bad ESPN caught on to it and took it down soon after it was reported. About the only only use for that site...
