Where would you be if you were LJ comment notifications? If you said "why, in your e-mail inbox," you'd be wrong, blinded by raw optimism. I'm getting them sporadically at best, which fits my attention span nicely, but is still vexing.
Funny thing is I have an antiquated e-mail address I use for about nothing except LJ entries and Gmail for everything else. Well, no, that's not the funny part -- funny part is I got this comment, but nothing from the previous post.
The ISP that receives the e-mail uses Barracuda, but only inasmuch as it labels spam, doesn't automatically filter it -- it's my typical username and the domain name is "flinthills," and it is a dot-com.
But here's the interesting thing -- I've received all of the e-mails to this post. I've received one of the e-mails from the previous post, even if they've come in at relatively comparable times.
I don't have anything sent to my email inbox. I rarely CHECK my email as it is. I really should though. Never know what might be lurking in there waiting for me.
