A 29-year-old Lebanon man was arrested on drug charges over the weekend after a police officer saw him with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead in a city convenience store.
That actually makes me laugh not so much for the "stupid stoner" aspect as precisely because it's the sort of thing any of us might do in an airheaded moment.
I love the mental image of the officer picking the bag off the dude's head. "Looking for this?" He gets mondo smoove-points. :)
On Tuesday I was rearranging my pockets right before I left work and ended up leaving my emergency medication bottle on my co-worker's desk -- it's a prescription bottle with my name and prescription information on it and everything, but it has about seven different types of meds in it. Though nothing really...you know, expensive or entertaining -- migraine meds, heart meds, Tylenol PM, Nexium and Benadryl, that sorta thing. (Oh, and a Flash drive, just in case. Which doesn't have anything interesting on it, either.) But I could see it getting some upraised eyebrows....
I did just get a lot of Pez. I should fill an old prescription bottle with Pez and go Hugh-Laurie-Method-acting and take one or two if I feel a Vicodin moment coming on....
Upraised eyebrows? You ain't kidding! I get shivers when I see a person with even that many prescription meds to take, if not more. I realize you need those but for some people I think the doc is just trying to get his bonuses from the pharmaceuticals.
Those aren't the only things kept in sweatbands in hats. But that does make for entertainment. That cop is gonna remember that moment the rest of his life. Lawl!
