Ok, I know what a fire extinguisher looks like, both with and without a hose with the bell nozzle. So I'm guessing that someone thought it a good idea to not only make riot control pepper sprayers the same color, but also Im guessing the same container as an extinguisher? If that lady cop really made an honest mistake there, I would encourage her to set both the designer moron plus the person who trained her on where everything is in her patrol car on fire and then spray them with the pepper spray.
There are frivolous lawsuits, and then there justified ones. I think if one crops up for this incident, its justified.
Remind me never to call the police if I set myself on fire.
