Following impromptu ("...Can you come in right now?") mid-day doctor visit and medicine run to Dillon's, picked up some creme curls from the bakery-section yesterday -- oddly delicious. Craving not thwarted. Want more now now now.
Birds are coexisting gloriously. Not all in the same cage yet -- Muffin's cage is next to the Big Cage with Moosie and Tiny Moo. Tiny's a little hormonal and tends to BONK Muffin with his head if Muffin wanders too close to the two-year-old. Moosie loves the Muffin, though. Pretty much all the time, Muffin is on his perch as close as he can get to the Big Cage, and Moosie and Tiny Moo are crowded up to Muffin's side of their cage, too. And they're so quiet during the day, now....
Watching the Cabinet reshuffling...no, that's not the right word. Annihilation? Word is Rumsfeld isn't resigning immediately because that would be seen as a failure of the Iraq policy. Mm, okay. I kinda like Condi, but SecState? No, no, no. They don't like her there. As in, at all. Wonkette's amusing thought on the issue: Are we the only ones who think that Bush's ideal cabinet would actually be made up of the Iraqi leadership council? You know: hand-picked, obedient, unfamiliar with the U.S. Constitution. . .
And from the same neck of the woods, rationale to invade the rest of the world.
Iran --- Part of the Axis of Evil.
Syria -- Harbors terrorists.
Kyrgyzstan -- Too much like Kazakhstan.
North Korea -- Not allowed when on Atkins diet.
Egypt -- The pyramid is speaking to me.
Canada -- Mmmm....bacon....
Ukraine -- Started that whole cellophane wrapping of CDs and we hate that.
Thailand -- Well, now that Ashcroft's stopped spending the weekends there...
The Fauklands -- Dirty-sounding name.
Lichtenstein -- President does not believe this country exists.
National Geographic Society -- On every map, no apparent sovereign.
California -- Why not?
Poland -- Don't forget Poland.
