A quick Google tells me it's used in the film The Football Factory. Possibly also in Hot Fuzz - I suspect mockingly. I don't think it exists in the wild.

Hey... I just wanted to tell you that the Spybot thing that you told me about is working great. It is actually one of the better free computer protection softwares in my opinion. Thanks!

Oh...and I really like the last one about the Animal Crossing thing. That was really sweet. ^^ I also liked the ascension one with the cat jumping. Very cool!
