Finished Skyrim. Well, the main quest, anyway. Still going to explore all the nooks and crannies a bit before restarting. Love playing as sniper-archer, especially with bullet-arrow-time. There's nothing like getting the drop on a den full of mages through skull-piercing from afar and, by the time they figure out where you are and what you're doing, they're pinned up against the nearest wall. So gratifying.

Also, the draugur wights are bugging me. Every time I see "draugur wight" on the display I keep hearing Kenny Loggins's "I'm Alright" except it's, well, "I'm A Wight":

I'm a wight and nobody worry 'bout me
Why you got to gimme a fight, can't you just let it be?
I'm a wight don't nobody worry 'bout me
You got to gimme a fight, why don't you just let me be?

Yes, I am ashamed of myself, actually.

Oddly enough, I have a hard time killing dragons with the bow. For them I break out the magic axes and just swing and shout like a madman. You'd be surprised how much of life you can fake your way through that way.

Dogs can actually see blue and yellow-green. They just don't care a whole lot. So, roses are dull yellow, violets are dull blue, tennis balls are the brightest color in the whole world oh boy oh boy tennis ball!

I am no where near that far into Skyrim. Love the game, but seem to spend my time doing random things like smithing instead.

I saw the penguin and my immediate thought was, "Happy Fat!!"

When I was working at BK, I accidentally did that to a sandwich, but only because it was so complicated. It was like, "minus mayonnaise, add ranch, extra lattuce, minus tomato, add cheese, cheddar cheese, toast bun" or something like that, when the regular sandwich was just lettuce and mayo (and meat.) I was trying so hard to do it just as quickly as a regular sandwich ('cause that's how we were supposed to do it) and I did...except, in my hurry, I left off the meat. The customer was like, "It's the most perfect sandwich I've ever gotten here, but I need the meat." so she got a nice, freshly cooked chicken patty for not being a dick.

You see, that's the sorta experience I can see ending more in fire and tears and the stomping of feet than a very polite "need meet plz" exchange. That's awesome.

I'm utterly a wuss when it comes to taking back fast food. Drink too small? No sammich meat? I keep thinking that everyone back there is entirely too swamped with more important concerns and I hate to make their day any harder (or worse, get someone who disbelieves that my patty did, indeed, disappear). But that's my socially awkward penguin talking....

I know what you mean, but if it happens one too many times? I will go in and give them a piece of my mind. There is being patient when you know their job sucks and then there is enough is enough.

I rarely return food, but I've done it once or twice. I got a sandwich where the bun was so hard it made a noise when I hit it on the table. Then the manager started yelling at the employee like, "She says her bun is rock hard!" and I hadn't said that. When I got my 2nd sandwich it didn't have bacon on it like it was supposed to, but I didn't complain 'cause I know how it feels to be on the receiving end.

Why am I hearing that song in the voice of Homestar Runner? ;-)
