Stellar. Just stellar. In terms of the big picture, the Bolts, Chefs, Colts and Pack all won. Sadly, so did Denver (against Miami -- barely) and Philly. Still, we'll take what we can get. And the Monday Night game -- oh, that was fun. Drew Bennett pulls down, oh, about 834 receiving yards, and Mr. Sleeper-on-my-team becomes Mr. Standout-performance and Peyton's all like, "Dude, that was pretty good."

Also on the list but mysteriously inactive: Jerome "I can run and throw for touchdowns, too!" Bettis, who had 17 points, and Onterrio "I'm running! I'm running!" Smith, who had 15. Well, Blaylock seemed like a better choice -- I didn't think the Chefs would go with Larry much, and boy, was I wrong (that man had a great, great game).
Next week, the bane of the Birds' existence, the Raptors. Worried? ...Mmm, more "concerned." But now we've made some moves on defense ("Donnie Edwards, come on down!") and kicking ("Hey, Nate, do you pronounce it Kay-ding or Kee-ding?"), and we're mathematically in the run for the top seed in the playoffs, if the Cheese lose out and the 'Birds run the table and gain a few points...hey, it could happen.
(Edit: No, it could not, because there's one week left before Nuffle playoffs. I M DUM OMG LOL.)Speaking of playoffs, the 'Birds have clinched, and the last two spots are being absolutely battled for, with the Aviators faves for third, Dayton and Hutch right behind, and even Costa Rica's not out of contention for fourth, mathematically. Hey, after watching Shad Meier's lateral last night, anything's possible.
